We’re very excited for Base Camp, and at this stage it looks like we’ll be able to run it under COVID-19 regulations. However, as earlier this year has shown us, these could change very quickly. To help abide by these requirements:
- If your child (or one of your children) is unwell with cold or flu symptoms on the day of camp, please don’t bring them to camp. We know it’s a disappointment, but we want to care for all our campers as best we can. We will happily provide a full refund in this case.
- In the event that Base Camp is cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions, we will provide a full refund to everyone and will provide some sort of alternative camp experience (but we’ll give up on going away for 2020).
- Please note that there has been a price increase from the start of the year of $20, from $130 to $150. There has been an increase in price for Ankara due to cleaning requirements. If this is an issue, please let Paul or Tim know.
Who? School years 7-12, friends are welcome.
What? At Base Camp in 2020 we will dive into Ecclesiastes with Tab. We will have talks, discussion groups, singing, an Olympics-themed costume parade, activities and food!
When? 5pm Friday 11 September (eat dinner beforehand) at Trinity Church Adelaide carpark to get on the bus. We get back around 4pm Sunday 13 September.

Cost? $150 per camper. Cost includes all accommodation, food, activities and a camp t-shirt. If money is a problem, speak to Paul/Tim.
